About the program
“Fußball trifft Kultur” (FTK) was launched by LitCam in 2007 and aims to give children in need of support (from promoting language and movement to strengthening social skills) the chance of a better education. It has since become an integrative educational program that is carried out at 34 locations in 24 cities together with 24 Bundesliga clubs.
The DFL Foundation has been a nationwide cooperation partner since 2012. The children are driven by their enthusiasm for soccer, improve their language skills through play and participate more actively in lessons. This also has a positive effect on their self-esteem.
